Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pats Games account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
